Lime Juice/ Lime Soda

Requirements : Lime, sugar, salt,crushed cardamom
1. Add 3 spoonfuls of sugar and pinch of salt,crushed cardamom to a glass of water (use soda for lime soda).
2. Squeeze the fresh lime into the glass of water and stir the contents well
3. Add ice if required.

Masala Rice

Requirements : cooking oil, Cooked Rice, chopped onions (half onion), sliced tomato, green chilles/chilli powder, salt , turmeric powder
1. Heat little oil in a cooking vessel.After it heats up,add mustard, curry leaves and cumin seeds.
2. Add the chopped oninos, tomatoes, chilli (or 1/2 tsp chilli powder) and half tsp salt. Add a little turmeric powder. Use a spoon to stir the contents so that they do not get burned. Do this until the onions fry up completely .
3. Add rice to the vessel and mix it well.

Plain Omelette

Requirements : cooking oil, 2 eggs, chopped onions (half onion), sliced tomato, green chilles/chilli powder, salt
1. Heat the non-stick frying pan.. Add 2 spoonfuls of oil on the pan and spread it
2. Break the 2 eggs and pour the contents in a bowl/cup. Add the chopped oninos, tomatoes, chilli (or 1/2 tsp chilli powder) and half tsp salt. Whisk the contents with a fork untill it is mixed completely.
3. Pour the contents on the hot frying pan and spred it. Wait for some time (until you feel that you can move it without breaking). Turn the omlette using flat wooden spatular and heat it the other side.
Serve the omlette with bread or salad.

Tamarind Rice

Requirements : Cooked Rice, MTR puliogare mix
1. Heat little (1-2 spoonfulls) oil in a pan.
2. Add puliogare powder (double the measure) and stir for couple of minutes
3. Mix with cooked rice properly.

Masala Maggie Noodles

Requirements : 1 Packet maggi, Chopped onions and tomato

1. Take a pan. Add 2 spoonfulls of oil. Fry the onions and green chillies.
2. Heat water (1 cup) in a separate vessel. Add the heated water to the pan.
3. Add maggie and the sachet contents to the pan. Heat it until the maggi becomes soft.

Serve Hot....
